Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to commence any project, all final artwork will not be released till full payment has been made. Any deposit made is non-refundable once project has begun such as any research, mood boards, sketch concepts or mockups. No work will start till 50% deposit has been made.
Refund Policy
An extensive portfolio has provided for you to view before hiring for your project so you can see the quality level of work and be completely comfortable working with Unek Francis. If you have any questions please contact Unek Francis prior to making a payment for services. There are no refunds once the design has been accepted and has begun work on the job. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Unek Francis and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Terms
All work is carried out by Unek Francis on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions. Copyright is retained by Unek Francis on all design work including words, ideas, visuals and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled. All artwork will not be released till payment in full has been made, then the appropriate Ai, EPS, and PDF art files will be given. If a choice of designs is presented and one is chosen for your project, only that solution is deemed to be given by us as fulfilling the contract. All other designs remain the property of Unek Francis
